Working Genius Workshops — Terms of Service & Cancellation Policy
By booking a Working Genius workshop with Jodi Crain, you agree to the following terms.
1. Workshop Services
Your booking includes the Working Genius workshop or package selected at the time of purchase or outlined in your accepted proposal.
Depending on the package, this may include:
pre-workshop consultation and preparation
official Working Genius assessments and individual reports
participant pre-workshop resources
a personalised Working Genius Team Map
facilitated workshop session/s
workshop resources and practical application materials
follow-up consultation or workshop sessions where included in the selected package
Final workshop details, including date, time, location, participant numbers and any specific organisational requirements, will be confirmed prior to delivery.
2. Working Genius Assessments
Official Working Genius assessments are charged separately at $35 AUD per participant, unless otherwise stated in your proposal or package.
The final assessment cost will be based on the number of participants for whom assessments are purchased.
Once an assessment has been purchased, issued or completed for a participant, that assessment cost is non-refundable for change of mind or participant withdrawal.
Working Genius assessments and associated materials are provided by The Table Group and are also subject to its applicable terms and conditions.
3. Payment
Workshop fees and payment arrangements will be outlined at the time of booking or in your proposal and invoice.
Any additional costs agreed upon — including participant assessments, travel or accommodation — will be invoiced as applicable.
Payment is required within the timeframe specified on the invoice.
4. Location & Travel
Published workshop fees include online delivery or in-person facilitation within the Sydney metropolitan area, unless otherwise agreed.
I am happy to travel outside Sydney to facilitate workshops. Any additional transport, accommodation or other reasonable travel expenses will be discussed and agreed upon before the booking is confirmed.
Where non-refundable travel or accommodation expenses have already been incurred and the client subsequently cancels or changes the booking, those costs remain payable.
5. Rescheduling
I understand that organisational plans sometimes change.
A workshop may be rescheduled once at no additional facilitation cost, provided at least 7 days’ notice is given and a mutually suitable alternative date can be arranged.
Requests to reschedule within 7 days of the workshop may incur additional costs, particularly where preparation, travel or other expenses have already been incurred.
Significant changes to the agreed workshop format, duration, location or participant requirements may require the original proposal and fee to be reviewed.
6. Cancellation & Refunds
If you need to cancel a workshop, please contact me as soon as possible.
More than 14 days before the workshop:
Workshop fees already paid may be refunded, less any Working Genius assessments already purchased or issued and any non-refundable expenses already incurred.
Between 7 and 14 days before the workshop:
50% of the workshop facilitation fee is refundable. Assessment costs and non-refundable expenses already incurred are not refundable.
Less than 7 days before the workshop:
The workshop fee is non-refundable. Wherever possible, I will work with you to reschedule the workshop to another suitable date.
If I need to cancel a workshop, I will work with you to arrange an alternative date. If a suitable alternative cannot be agreed upon, any fees paid for services that have not been provided will be refunded.
7. Executive Packages & Follow-Up Sessions
Where a package includes a follow-up workshop or consultation, the anticipated timing will be agreed upon as part of the booking.
Follow-up sessions should normally be used within 12 months of the initial workshop, unless otherwise agreed.
The same rescheduling and cancellation principles apply to follow-up sessions.
8. Participant Responsibility
Participants are responsible for completing their Working Genius assessment and any requested pre-workshop preparation within the timeframe provided.
Failure by an individual participant to complete their assessment may limit their ability to participate fully in some workshop activities and does not entitle the organisation to a refund.
9. Nature of Working Genius
Working Genius is a workplace productivity and team-development model designed to support greater self-awareness, collaboration and effectiveness.
It is not a psychological assessment and should not be used as a measure of intelligence, professional competence or suitability for employment.
Workshop insights and recommendations are provided for professional development and educational purposes. Individual or organisational outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
10. Confidentiality & Team Results
Individual Working Genius results may be incorporated into a Team Map and discussed with workshop participants as part of the agreed team workshop.
Personal or organisational information shared during facilitation will be treated respectfully and with appropriate discretion.
Information will not be shared outside the participating organisation without permission, except where required by law.
Personal information is otherwise handled in accordance with the Jodi Crain Privacy Policy.
11. Intellectual Property
Working Genius, the Six Types of Working Genius and associated assessment materials are the intellectual property of The Table Group and its licensors.
Workshop resources created by Jodi Crain remain the intellectual property of Jodi Crain unless otherwise stated.
Materials provided as part of the workshop are for the participating organisation’s internal use and may not be reproduced, distributed, published, resold or used to facilitate commercial training without appropriate permission.
12. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Agreement
By purchasing, booking or accepting a proposal for a Working Genius workshop, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms of Service & Cancellation Policy, including the arrangements relating to assessments, payment, rescheduling, cancellations and refunds.
