Helping others to be seen, heard & accompanied in their roles

Ministry and Christian leadership can be deeply meaningful—but they can also be complex, demanding, and, at times, surprisingly lonely.

You don't need someone with all the answers.

You need a trusted space where you can think clearly, reflect honestly, and discern your next faithful step.

That's the role I hope to play.

Over the years, I've had the privilege of serving in ministry, leadership, education, and pastoral care.

Again and again, I noticed something.

Many capable, deeply committed Christian leaders were carrying enormous responsibility with very few places where they could stop, reflect, and be supported themselves.

That observation eventually led me into Professional Pastoral Supervision.

Today, my passion is creating that kind of space for pastors, chaplains, educators, and Christian leaders—a place where people can think well, lead wisely, and sustain their calling for the long term.

My Approach:

When people meet with me, they often tell me they appreciate that supervision feels both thoughtful and practical.

I bring together:

• theological reflection

• a wide variety of ministry experiences

• evidence-informed practice

• deep listening

• gentle challenge

• genuine curiosity

Above all, I believe supervision should help you discover your own wisdom through reflective practice on your experiences.

My experiences and learning over the years include:

  • Bachelor of Theology

  • Graduate Certificate in Professional Pastoral Supervision

  • Accredited with the Australasian Association of Supervisors

  • 20 + years of practical ministry experiences, including: university student ministry, international cross-cultural work, leadership training and development, Chaplain and Head of Department for an Anglican Girls School, pastoral/parish work.

Outside of my work in Supervision, you’ll probably find me spending time with my husband Steve and our family, on my bike, or focusing on a quiet hobby to give my introverted side time to rest. Any one of those things will usually involve a good coffee!

Finding the right supervisor is important.

The relationship matters.

If you're wondering whether I'm the right fit, I'd love to meet you.
