A little bit more about me & my background in ministry & leadership
What I love about Professional Pastoral Supervision
Leadership and ministry are deeply meaningful, but they can also be isolating, overwhelming, and exhausting. You carry the weight of responsibility, navigate complex relationships, and face challenges that few truly understand. But you don’t have to do it alone.
I’m here to help. With over 20 years of vocational ministry experience—both in Australia and internationally—I understand the joys and struggles of leadership. Since graduating from Sydney Missionary and Bible College in 2004, I’ve worked in youth ministry, university student outreach, leadership development, and cross-cultural mission work. I’ve also served as a Chaplain and Head of Christian Studies at an Anglican girls' school in Sydney and have mentored and pastorally cared for Bible college students training to be church leaders.
As a Professional Pastoral Supervisor, I provide a safe, reflective space where you can be seen, heard, and accompanied in your role. Drawing from Bowen’s Family Systems Theory, I help leaders understand how their personal and professional lives intersect—so they can lead with clarity, resilience, and wisdom.
Supervision isn’t just about problem-solving; it’s about thriving. It’s about shifting from reacting to your circumstances to responding with intention, so you can find renewed satisfaction and joy in your work. As a member of the Australasian Association of Supervisors (AAOS), I am committed to walking alongside you, helping you navigate the challenges of your role with confidence and purpose.
Based in Sydney, my family and I are part of St Barnabas Broadway, where my husband has served as Music Minister for over 25 years. I’d love to journey with you as you seek to grow and sustain your ministry. Let’s start the conversation today.
