Supporting the Spiritual, Emotional, and Vocational Resilience of Emerging Gospel Workers
Supervision - providing a confidential, reflective space for students: supporting your biblically grounded, practically oriented, and relationally focused ministry training.
What do you do in Supervision?
Supervision sessions provide a structured, reflective space designed to support your growth as a ministry leader-in-training, offering focus and insight into what is happening for you in your learning and ministry.
Meeting every 6–8 weeks for 60 minutes, these sessions are tailored to complement your formation at Bible College and in your ministry training, integrating biblical, practical, and relational dimensions of your learning. Together, we’ll explore themes such as theological integration, emotional resilience, ethical decision-making, leadership, spiritual discernment, and preparing for long-term ministry. With a focus on your personal calling and wellbeing, supervision provides the opportunity to deepen self-awareness, process placement experiences, and build healthy, sustainable habits for life in ministry—all at a discounted student rate.
