Centre‑Out Mentoring

Centre‑Out is a 24-session Christian leadership formation course for ministry trainees, Bible college students, emerging leaders and key volunteers. It brings together Scripture, spiritual formation, family systems thinking and guided reflection to help you grow in self-awareness, emotional maturity, relational wisdom and sustainable leadership.

What mentoring looks like

Each mentoring session provides space to explore the course material in the context of your own life, faith, relationships and ministry. Together, we will reflect on what you are noticing, consider where God may be inviting growth, and identify practical next steps.

Mentoring offers personalised guidance, encouragement and accountability as you work through the course. It is a reflective conversation rather than a class, assessment or professional supervision session.

How long does the journey take?

Centre‑Out is designed as a two-year journey, with one mentoring session each month. This pace allows time to reflect, practise and grow between sessions.

However, the course can be completed in less time. We can agree on a rhythm that suits your circumstances and adjust it along the way.

• One Centre‑Out session explored at each appointment

• Reading and personal reflection completed beforehand
