Working Genius offers a simple and practical way to understand where people naturally thrive at work, where frustration can build, and how teams can work together more effectively.

Whether you're exploring Working Genius for yourself, a leadership team, school staff or ministry team, I offer a range of options:

Individual Working Genius Profile — $195
Complete the Working Genius assessment and receive your personalised profile, followed by a 60-minute one-to-one debrief exploring what it means for you and your work.

2-Hour Team Workshop — from $1,350
A practical introduction to Working Genius, helping your team understand their individual profiles and begin exploring how their different geniuses, competencies and frustrations shape the way they work together.

4-Hour Team Workshop — from $2,150
A deeper team experience, with more time to explore your team map, patterns of work, potential gaps and frustrations, and how Working Genius can be applied to the way your team actually works. Recommended for teams wanting to make meaningful use of the model.

Executive Team Package — from $3,250
A 4-hour Working Genius workshop followed by a 2-hour follow-up approximately six months later, giving your leadership team the opportunity to put Working Genius into practice and then revisit what you are noticing, learning and changing.

Team workshops also require a Working Genius assessment and personalised profile for each participant ($40 per person).

Reduced rates may be available for churches, ministry teams and not-for-profit organisations. Travel outside metropolitan Sydney may incur an additional cost.
