Together, we’ll explore the team’s unique Working Genius profile — where your natural strengths sit, where gaps or frustrations may occur, and how different people contribute across the six stages of work.
Your team will learn how to recognise what different kinds of work require, make better use of each person’s Genius, “borrow” Genius from others when it’s needed, and reduce the misunderstandings that can arise when people naturally approach work differently.
Most importantly, we’ll move beyond simply understanding the model to consider what your team can do differently as a result.
The workshop includes:
Individual Working Genius assessments and personalised reports
Pre-workshop resources for each participant
Your organisation’s personalised Working Genius Team Map
A facilitated 2-hour interactive workshop
Practical application to meetings, projects and team dynamics
Resources to help your team continue using Working Genius after the workshop
The 2-hour workshop is $1,350, with official Working Genius assessments charged separately at $35 AUD per person. Your final investment will therefore depend on the number of people participating.
