This interactive 4-hour workshop gives your team the space to explore Patrick Lencioni’s Six Types of Working Genius in greater depth and apply the insights directly to your team’s real work, relationships and challenges.
Together, we’ll explore individual Working Genius profiles and your personalised Team Map, identifying where your natural strengths sit, where gaps or frustrations may be affecting the team, and how different people contribute across the six stages of work.
With additional time for discussion and application, your team will examine how work actually gets done — including meetings, projects, communication, collaboration and the places where work can become unnecessarily difficult or get stuck.
The emphasis throughout is practical: helping your team recognise what different situations require, make better use of each person’s Genius, intentionally “borrow” Genius from others, and develop concrete ways of working differently together.

A facilitated 4-hour interactive workshop
Deeper exploration of team strengths, gaps and potential frustrations

The 4-hour workshop is $2150, with official Working Genius assessments charged separately at $35 AUD per person. Your final investment will therefore depend on the number of people participating.
