Move beyond insight and embed Working Genius into the way your leadership team actually works.
Designed for executive and senior leadership teams, this package combines an in-depth Working Genius workshop with a follow-up session approximately six months later — giving your team time to apply the framework, notice what changes, identify where old patterns remain, and refine the way you work together.
The initial 4-hour workshop explores individual Working Genius profiles and your personalised Executive Team Map, with particular attention to your collective strengths, gaps and frustrations. Together, we’ll apply Working Genius to the real work of leadership — including strategic thinking, decision-making, meetings, communication, collaboration and execution.
The 2-hour follow-up session provides an opportunity to revisit the Team Map in light of experience. We’ll explore what has worked, where the team is still getting stuck, and what needs to change to make better use of the Geniuses around the table.
The goal is not simply to understand Working Genius, but to embed a shared language and more intentional way of working across your leadership team.

Pre-workshop resources for each participant

A facilitated 4-hour Working Genius executive workshop

The Executive Package is $3250, with official Working Genius assessments charged separately at $35 AUD per person. Your final investment will therefore depend on the number of people participating.
