Whose Genius do we need?

And it is not only about understanding the work.

Its real power begins to emerge when a group can look around the room and recognise:

We do not all experience work in the same way.

Different people naturally notice different things.

Different people enter the work at different points.

Different people are energised by different contributions.

And the very thing that feels obvious, necessary or enjoyable to one person may feel frustrating, draining or unnecessary to someone else.

This section is about learning to understand and use those differences well.

The goal is not simply to know everyone's letters.

It is to move from:

“Why don't they work the way I do?”

to:

“What do they bring that I don't — and how can we work together more intentionally?”
