Module overview
Working Genius is most valuable when it changes the way work actually happens.
By this point, participants have explored:
how they are wired to work
what the work requires
what other people bring
The final step is to turn that insight into practice.
This section is about making Working Genius visible in everyday work: in meetings, projects, delegation, role design, team expectations and the way people ask for help.
The goal is not to leave with interesting language.
It is to leave with clear changes.
BY THE END OF THIS MODULEParticipants should be able to:
identify practical changes arising from their Working Genius insights
make an individual Working Genius commitment
identify one or more useful team norms
improve the design and focus of meetings
apply Working Genius to real projects and workflows
recognise opportunities to adjust delegation and responsibilities
distinguish between reasonable accommodation and avoiding necessary work
identify where missing Geniuses need to be borrowed or deliberately activated
use Working Genius language in everyday team conversations
identify how the framework could inform future staffing, hiring or role design
create a simple plan for keeping Working Genius alive after the workshop
